Though last-minute appointments are sometimes available, we recommend scheduling your appointments a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. We are happy to help you with scheduling at (352)335-9920.

Cloud 9’s software scheduling system is comparable to the hotel/hospitality industry; therefore please have credit card or Cloud 9 Gift Card handy to reserve and hold your appointments. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling; but may be subject to up to 100% of your service cost if you no-show. Cancellations with less than 24 hour’s notice are subject to a charge of 50% of service cost. Supplying us your credit/gift card reservation information at time of scheduling is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.

You are welcome to request a specific service provider and your service is guaranteed to remain with that staff member. We reserve the right to move any NON-request appointment to a different service provider if necessary without notification. Our online booking system allows you to request a specific staff member, or a specific staff gender. If you are unsure how to do this, and are concerned about your appointment being moved to someone else, please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you over the phone.

Groups of 3-24 people

Are you looking to have your group, office staff, special event or party at Cloud 9?

We can accommodate groups of up to 24 at a time, or the entire spa may be rented out.

Our vast collection of treatment villas enables us to easily accommodate groups of 24 receiving a variety of services all at the same time! Submit the easy online Group Form here. The Planning Form allows us to carefully coordinate and guarantee all services and start times for your group of 3-24 attendees, and even provides the opportunity for us to arrange for additional staff for your event if necessary.

Please note, A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 3 days prior to your event. Once the deposit has been processed, no additions or cancellations can be made to your group itinerary. Should a member of your group choose to no-show, for any reason, on the day of your event, the remaining balance of their appointments will still be due upon checkout.
